Financial and investment challenges for cities on their way to climate neutrality

NetZeroCities, a consortium within the EU Mission “100 Climate Neutral and Smart Cities by 2030”, has published a report that addresses the financial and investment challenges cities face on their way to climate neutrality.

Its recommendations and solutions are based on the real-life experiences of three mission cities (Valladolid, Leuven and The Hague), with additional input from ten other European mission cities.
