Multilevel Collaborative Governance in the Txorierri Region

Written by

The Txorierri region is moving forward with the implementation of its Business Strategic Plan and Multilevel Collaborative Governance, with the aim of building a shared working model between local authorities, businesses and the science and technology ecosystem.

The project focuses on the gradual activation of sectoral and thematic working groups defined in the plan, designed to translate strategic lines into real operational dynamics with the capacity to generate impact. As a first pilot experience, a working group on innovation is foreseen, given its cross-cutting relevance for the business and technological fabric of the territory.

Naider is supporting Egaz Txorierri throughout the process in three main phases: the characterisation and definition of the working groups, the selection of the pilot group, and the facilitation of its first operational meeting, aimed at building trust, aligning expectations and defining a shared roadmap.

With this initiative, Txorierri is consolidating a pioneering governance model in the Basque Country, strengthening multilevel collaboration and laying the foundations for more cohesive, innovative and sustainable economic development.
