Support for the process of shaping the corporate strategy of the Tecnalia Research & Innovation Foundation (www.tecnalia.com) during its integration process and fusion.

Tecnalia Research & Innovation is the result of the integration into a single organization of eight existing technology centers in the Basque Country, specialized in various technologies and fields of knowledge related to industry: Labein, 1955. Inasmet, 1962. Robotiker, 1985. Fatronik , 1986. Cidemco, 1988. ESI, 1993. Leia, 1995. Euve, 1999.

Tecnalia Research & Innovation is thus established as the first private Applied Research Center in Spain and the fifth in Europe, with a staff made up of 1,450 highly-qualified people and a turnover of 125 million euros.

Naider, in close relationship with those responsible for managing the merger process, participated in the definition of the corporate strategy, providing technical support and strategic coherence to the corporate integration proposal.

The support tasks combined participatory workshops among all the directors of the then independent technology centers with the preparation of materials and strategic reports that, finally, brought together the conclusions and proposals in a corporate consensus document.
