The Lezama-Legizamon Industrial Estate, located in the municipality of Etxebarri, has launched the drafting of a Comprehensive Management and Action Plan aimed at improving the conservation, upgrading, adaptation and regeneration of this strategic industrial hub.
Created in 1977 and situated on the banks of the River Nervión, the estate covers more than 307,000 m² and is home to over 110 companies from the industrial and services sectors. Its internal organisation is managed by a community of property owners through the Lezama-Legizamon Industrial Estate Conservation Entity.
The new plan combines a multidimensional diagnostic analysis of the current situation with the definition of a governance model to strengthen coordination among stakeholders. It will also identify concrete actions and set out an implementation roadmap to boost the estate’s competitiveness and sustainability in the coming years.
