Being good has a prize

Being good has a prize, the Spanish treasury is for the work of rewarding sustainable attitudes towards the environment and for this reason it has decided to reduce up to 20% of the IBI to the buildings with the best energy rating, as well as those that can boast of the rating “A” will see their tax bill reduced by 20 while those who have B and C will be able to do so by up to 16 and 12% respectively.

In this way, the government tries to promote energy efficiency in urban buildings and reward attitudes that it considers worthy of environmentally responsible cities.

From Naider we want to applaud these types of initiatives and encourage councilors to copy these types of measures in other areas of society.
