If mobile phones and televisions can be “smart” why can’t cities be too? let’s welcome a new term that will help us understand what the cities of the future will be like; “smart cities” are presented as cities with a type of urban development based on sustainability capable of responding properly to both local businesses and the needs of citizens.
At Naider we believe that these types of cities are the model to follow in the future and we believe that, although at a slower rate than desired, society is already demanding that the growth of the largest capitals be directed in this direction.
