The crisis brings down the Spanish GDP per capita by a thousand euros infopost

The per capita GDP of Spain has decreased by 984 euros between 2008 and 2015, according to the newspaper Expansion based on INE data. Although no community is free of red numbers, the Basque Country is among the seven communities where income has fallen less than the average (€784), in absolute terms. In percentage terms, the smallest drop corresponds to the Community of Madrid (-€1.06), followed by La Rioja (-1.84%), Castilla y León (-2.23%), Catalonia (-2.36 %), and Euskadi (-2.51%). On the opposite side, Cantabria (-8.77%), Asturias (-7.44%), Andalucía (-7.31%), Murcia (-7.00%) and Castilla-La Mancha (6.82%) stand out. ).
