euro broken Slovakia rejects the expansion of the fund rescue agreement between Germany and France is yet another sign that institutional Europe needs a calm but urgent reform.

The internal political issues of the second poorest country in the Union have put the great designers of the way out of the financial crisis in trouble and to which the rest of the countries adhere unquestionably.

But Slovakia has said no, that they do not have to pay for the public management disaster of a country, Grace, richer than themselves. The Rescue Fund will go ahead, although it will surely suffer a delay.

Meanwhile, we European citizens attend without a voice or vote to this game that is being played in our field. Someday perhaps we will mobilize to change things and deepen real democracy also at the European level.
