Some are underemployed because the training they received in their country of origin is not formally recognized. Others did not have the opportunity to receive the training they would have liked in their country of origin and are far from being able to develop their enormous potential as people. And many are lost in this new system because they don’t know the language, the culture and the customs.
The idea: Implement a specialized Educational Program with resources from Universities and vocational training schools, Civil Society and Public Administration. There is no doubt that this investment in talent will have a great social dividend in notable improvements in productivity, innovative potential and entrepreneurship. How to finance it in these times of crisis?
