Over the next three years, NAIDER will continue to accompany Bilbao City Council in the follow-up and monitoring of the Environment 2050 Strategy. Since 2019, Bilbao has been implementing its Neutrality, Resilience and Health Strategy, and we have had the opportunity to provide technical support to the most important city council in the Basque Country in its implementation and development. Having received the highest score in the proposals submitted to accompany the City Council, we are now faced with the challenge of strengthening our support to the city in its sustainable transition.
Over the coming years, we will provide expert technical advice and strategic guidance to the council on all three strands of the strategy, as well as key areas such as urban green infrastructure and green public procurement. Our work will address digitisation and the development of data observatories. The work to be carried out will include carrying out diagnostics and developing strategies, methodologies and criteria at the level of the leading cities.
