The project is part of the Bizkaia Orekan process promoted by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia to reinforce territorial balance and promote multidimensional development that makes the most of the possibilities of each region. The work seeks to have shared bases around the territorial development of Durangaldea that allow guiding the actions at the regional level of Durangoko Merinaldearen Amankomunazgoa and provide the Commonwealth and the entire Region with a strategic framework of multilevel governance.
