The purpose of this Order is the call for financial year 2019, of aid for the promotion and development of coastal areas of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country (Program Itsaspen), provided for in Chapters II and III of Decree 22/2012, of February 21. |
Beneficiary Entities |
Chapter II: Municipalities may be beneficiaries of the aid regulated in this Chapter, directly or through their autonomous bodies, their private law publics, their public companies; its public foundations; the municipal consortiums endowed with legal personality, the Mancomunidades and the Comarcas. |
ELIGIBLE ACTIONS |
Those provided in Chapters II and III.
http://www.euskadi.eus/ayudas_appa/ (ITSASPEN ) Chapter II: 1.– They will be considered eligible. a) Projects that involve providing or improving the basic services or infrastructures of coastal towns that imply an improvement in quality of life. See social centers, nurseries, day centers, libraries, multipurpose centers, sports and tourist facilities and equipment, first-aid kits. b) Projects involving improvement of basic infrastructures for energy supply, water supply and sanitation, telecommunications. c) Projects involving the urban adaptation of coastal towns intended to rehabilitate degraded environments and improve accessibility. d) Projects aimed at promoting the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the implementation of services and equipment from the endogenous initiative. 2.– Eligible projects will not be considered. a) Projects that generate income will not be eligible. Article 24.- Eligible investments and expenses. Eligible costs will be considered. 1.– Technical projects and construction management, with a maximum of 10% of the eligible investment. 2.– The material execution of the urbanization works. 3.– The material execution of the building works. 4.– The acquisition of machinery. 5.– The acquisition of tools. 6.– The acquisition of furniture. 7.– The acquisition of computer and communication equipment, both hardware and software. 8.– Other infrastructures. Chapter III: 1.– They will be considered eligible. a) Restoration projects and enhancement of the historical-cultural and maritime-fishing heritage. b) Projects to recover ethnographic elements that make up the heritage of coastal culture. c) projects for the restoration and enhancement of natural heritage , as well as the development of places of high natural value. d) The awareness actions of all of the above. span> 2.– No eligible projects will be considered. a) Projects that generate income will not be eligible. Article 29.- Eligible investments and expenses. Eligible costs will be considered. 1.– Technical projects and construction management with a maximum of 10% of the eligible investment. 2.– The material execution of the urbanization works. 3.– The material execution of the restoration works. 4.– The acquisition of furniture. 5.– Other infrastructures. 6.– Promotion and dissemination expenses (only for the start of activity). 7.– Studies linked to projects and investments. |
