Naider has been selected by the European Environmental Bureau to conduct research on financial instruments and economic incentives to promote a sustainable built environment.
The objective of the study is to support the process of decarbonization of the built environment and accelerate the mobilization of fiscal and economic instruments to address the use of resources in this sector. In addition, this study will help public authorities to define how they can carry out the economic transition through financial and fiscal incentives, in coordination with the EU, as well as with the private sector and civil society.
The debate on how to decarbonise the building stock is already underway, this research aims to stimulate the debate, as well as support the promotion of effective economic strategies for decarbonisation. At Naider we are very happy to be able to contribute to this challenging and ambitious project.
