The Department of the Environment, Territorial Planning and Housing of the Basque Government has called the subsidies for the elaboration of Landscape Action Plans, for Town Halls and Councils of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country.

OBJECT
The purpose of this Order is to establish the regulatory bases and call for the granting of subsidies, through the competitive bidding procedure, to the Town Halls of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, as well as to the Councils of the Álava municipalities for the elaboration of Landscape Action Plans

BENEFICIARY ENTITIES
The Town Halls of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country and the Councils of the Álava municipalities may opt for these subsidies, although only one application may be submitted by the Town Hall and Council, which must refer to a single Plan of Landscape Action. In the event that the same town hall or council submit two or more applications, only the first to be submitted according to its entry record will be taken into account, denying the others.

ELIGIBLE ACTIONS
The expenses derived from the contracting by the beneficiary entities of an external team that prepares the Landscape Action Plan will be financed.

DEADLINE AND PLACE OF PRESENTATION
The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the publication of this Order.
