The Department of Employment, Social Inclusion and Equality of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia has opened the 2019 Call for subsidies to support the creation and start-up of business projects promoted by unemployed people.
Recipients:
- Section 1: Municipal employment and local development centers, or autonomous bodies, public companies or other entities dependent or linked to them
- Section 2: Companies, whatever their legal form, including individual entrepreneurs, professionals, and community property and civil partnerships
Term:
- Section 1: Until May 3, 2019
- Section 2: From June 17, 2019 to September 16, 2019

The aid contained in this title is intended to support the creation and start-up of business projects promoted by unemployed promoters, through two types of actions:
Section 1—Advice for the creation and implementation of business projects. Section 2—Aid for start-up and business creation. |
BENEFICIARY ENTITIES |
Section 1: The following may access the benefits established in this section:
Municipal employment and local development centers of the Historical Territory of Bizkaia, or autonomous bodies, public companies or other entities dependent or linked to them. b) Foundations, associations and other non-profit entities with registered office and fiscal domicile in the Historical Territory of Bizkaia. Likewise, the work center will also be located in said territory. c) The beneficiary entities must prove a minimum proven experience of three years in business management consulting. For this, the entities must present an explanatory report of their experience in which the activities carried out by them are detailed. Section 2: The benefits established in this section may be accessed by companies, whatever their legal form, including individual businessmen and women, professionals, and communities of property and civil societies that comply with the following requirements: |
ELIGIBLE ACTIONS |
Section 1:
1. A first phase of introduction to the company and business management. It is a 30-hour group training, with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 promoters. 2. Individualized advisory service with a maximum of 40 hours for each promoter to carry out the specific business plan. Section 2: The eligible action will consist of the creation, start-up and operation of a company, whatever its legal form, including individual businessmen and women, professionals, and property communities and civil societies as long as they meet the conditions established in this section. |
