Naider assists the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council in the preparation and drafting of the new Comprehensive Plan to Support Entrepreneurship (PIPAE) of Vitoria-Gasteiz for the period 2023-2025.
This is a plan with which the city council of the Basque capital seeks to continue the efforts already made to promote local entrepreneurship, aligning itself with the Inter-institutional Entrepreneurship Plan of the C.A. of the Basque Country and the efforts planned from Europe, responding to the challenges of society aligning with the SDGs, complementing the lines of work and existing entrepreneurial ecosystems, and integrating the group of entrepreneurial people.
To do this, Naider carries out an analysis of the entrepreneurial context of Vitoria-Gasteiz, identifies and analyzes the opportunities not covered by the current ecosystem, carries out a study of perception among entrepreneurs, the public, educational, scientific-technological sphere, etc., and, based on the diagnosis resulting from all this, builds the strategic framework and the multi-agent collaborative governance model of the plan, as well as the detailed lines of action.
