In addition, during this time other functions have also been carried out, such as the evaluation of the Sustainable Energy Action Plan (PAES), the Green Public Procurement Report (CCPV), the Environmental Positioning Report (IPA), the Ecological Footprint Report , in addition to general advice on environmental and sustainability issues that are the responsibility of the institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be able\nundertake the magnitude of the developments of the measurement system of the Line\nBase an important work of organization of the information was carried out,\nstructuring a panel of indicators of very diverse nature and origin of the\ndata. In the tasks of organizing the information, we work in\ncollaboration with BilbaoTIK, a municipal public company that manages all\ninformation technology services, in line with the process of\ndigitization\/smartization in which the City Council is immersed. He\nThe result is an important table of indicators with historical data of the\nmunicipality that allow us to know the evolution of areas such as energy,\nmobility, air quality, population affected by noise, waste, areas\ngreen, among many others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\" https:\/\/naider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/BILBO.paes_-1-1024x437-1.png\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"17860\" data-full-url=\"https: \/\/naider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/BILBO.paes_-1.png\" data-link=\"https:\/\/naider.com\/ofrecemos-asistencia-tecnica-en-el-desarrollo-e -implementation-of-the-environmental-strategy-to-the-bilbao-city-council\/bilbo-paes_-1\/\" class=\"wp-image-17860\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>< \/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In parallel,\nmade the calculations of the absorption capacity of CO<sub>2<\/sub>, and of the emissions with the objective of knowing the\ncarbon balance of the municipality and respond to the evaluation and follow-up\nof the CO<sub>2<\/sub> Neutrality Line of Action. From\nthere, the details of the emissions were deepened to respond to the\nPAES, and begin to propose a new Energy Plan with the ambition of reaching\nthe objectives set by Europe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moving on\nthe Lines of Action proceeded to develop a risk measurement system\nin the face of Climate Change based on the Panel&#8217;s methodology\nIntergovernmental Climate Change (IPCC) for Flood episodes\nand Heat Waves. The developed tool allows to observe the risk of\ngeographically, indicating in small grids of 20 meters by 20 meters\ndifferent levels of risk, threat, exposure, sensitivity and adaptation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\" https:\/\/naider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/MAPAS-BILBO-1024x206-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"17854\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/ naider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/MAPAS-BILBO.jpg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/naider.com\/?attachment_id=17854\" class=\"wp-image-17854\"\/>< \/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Third Axis\nof Environmental Health has been prepared following the reports of the European Agency\nEnvironment (EEA) on the health implications of the\nair and noise pollution, ambient temperature, presence and\naccessibility to green areas, and habitability of housing. Through\nthese indicators have been made maps with the information\ndetailed in census sections that has been correlated with the risk\nrelative mortality from diseases and gender, identifying that there is a\nCorrelation between a worse Environmental Quality and a higher Risk of Mortality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These last\nmonths we have been preparing a diagnosis of the Green Infrastructure,\nidentify existing cores, nodes, and connectors that make up the frame\ngreen area of \u200b\u200bthe city and that in the future should be reinforced in a\nstrategy to face environmental challenges environmental challenges (quality\nair, noise, temperature, trees, green areas) of the city. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this\nwork we have been able to display all of Naider&#8217;s knowledge in these matters\nand soak up the municipal reality in a close and rewarding way.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Since 2019, Naider has offered the Bilbao City Council a technical assistance service in the implementation and development of the Bilbao Environmental Strategy.
