The International Energy Agency (IEA) published this week <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/reports\/renewable-energy-market-update\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">its report<\/a>, where a drop is expected global year-on-year of 13% of new renewable electricity production facilities connected to the grid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These updated predictions assume a 20% drop\ncompared to the increase they had planned before the crisis. The installations\nof renewables are not spared from the scourge, despite the fact that giants are expected to\nas China and the United States increase their capacity. It seems that both are\nrushing to close the projects that have assets this year. The first, due\nto the gradual elimination of subsidies and the second by the end of exemptions\ntaxes from which they currently benefit.
