The consortium, whose headquarters will be established in the Gipuzkoan municipality of Mendaro, will coordinate a sum of capacities that mobilizes 3,700 people and \u20ac300M in turnover, and executes around 22% of the Basque Country&#8217;s R&#038;D spending.<\/h3>\n<h3>Among the fields of action of the consortium are the articulation of the scientific-technological capacities of the agents, the coordination of the development of human resources, support in the exploration and opening of new markets, the coordination of science and Basque technology in the European Research Area, and technology transfer to the business sector.
