Where to start? What can we do?<\/p>\n<p>To help answer these questions, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=H5jtl8zhQbQ\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dome<\/a> of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www. .un.org\/sustainabledevelopment\/en\/objectives-de-desarrollo-sostenible\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/a> \u2013 \u201c<strong>Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Dome<\/strong>\u201d, for their acronym in English. It is a virtual reality experience that brings the SDGs closer to the population, whose objective is to show the usefulness of new technologies to better understand the urgency of the SDGs.<\/p>\n<p>The participants of this experience are accommodated in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.nl\/en\/insights-and-publications\/themes\/sustainability\/sdg-dome-brings-sustainable-development-goals-closer- to-home.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">dome with a 360\u00ba panoramic image of the planet<\/a>. With the mission of creating a sustainable world by 2030, participants are guided through a <strong>virtual journey<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v= UQCucsBQHZ8\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">see video<\/a>) that shows the <strong>consequences of our actions on the planet<\/strong>; from the destruction of tropical forests to water pollution, including poverty in developing countries. Participants are also invited to a game where the goal is to <strong>figure out different paths to achieve the SDGs<\/strong> as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<p>This Dome, located in Amsterdam, has been designed to offer visitors an experience that stimulates all the senses, while educating themselves about the major global issues we face.
