Probably the<br \/>\nmost significant has been Naider&#8217;s participation in all<br \/>\nthe process of defining a recruitment program and<br \/>\ntalent retention in Euskadi led by the Government<br \/>\nBasque with the aim of:<\/p>\n<p>1. ATTRACT THE BEST INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS IN THE<br \/>\nBASQUE UNIVERSITIES TO CARRY OUT POSTGRADUATE COURSES.<\/p>\n<p>2. FOSTER THE INCORPORATION OF THESE TALENTS IN THE<br \/>\nBASQUE COMPANIES ACTIVATING CLOSE COLLABORATION BETWEEN<br \/>\nUNIVERSITIES AND THE LOCAL ECONOMIC FABRIC.<\/p>\n<p>3. CONTRIBUTE TO SPREADING BUSINESS CULTURE ABROAD<br \/>\nONCE THESE PROFESSIONALS HAVE FINISHED THEIR<br \/>\nTRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN EUSKADI.<\/p>\n<p>Naider&#8217;s work was carried out in different phases.
