If carried out definitively, the complex designed by Sou Fujimoto Architects will be one of the largest wooden structures in the world, with a height of 50 meters and an area of \u200b\u200b17,000 square meters. The four buildings that would make up the <em>ecofriendly<\/em> complex would house 199 homes, 3,770 m2 of offices and 500 m2 for shops.<\/h3>\n<h3>One of the most notable aspects of the project are the plants and gardens that would cover the roofs of the four buildings, interconnected by pedestrian walkways. The rooftops and the rest of the common spaces for the use of the neighbors would include orchards, fruit trees, a composting area, water reservoirs, a greenhouse, and a playground.
