{"id":18980,"date":"2015-07-17T10:28:29","date_gmt":"2015-07-17T08:28:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/naider.com\/naiderlab\/business-talent-country-movilidad-y-atraccion-de-talento\/"},"modified":"2023-04-24T13:36:03","modified_gmt":"2023-04-24T11:36:03","slug":"business-talent-country-mobility-and-attraction-of-talent-3","status":"publish","type":"naiderlab","link":"https:\/\/naider.com\/en\/naiderlab\/knowledge\/articles\/business-talent-country-mobility-and-attraction-of-talent-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Business talent country: mobility and attraction of talent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Naider has actively participated in the mobilization initiatives<br \/>\nand attraction to the Basque country of talented professionals. a<br \/>\nThe first action in this sense was the strategic accompaniment<br \/>\nto the Provincial Council of Bizkaia in the process of launching the<br \/>\nBizkaia agency: Xede of talent attraction.<\/p>\n<p>Bizkaia: Xede was a public-private initiative<br \/>\nled by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia and<br \/>\nin which universities, centers<br \/>\ntechnology and major companies in the<br \/>\nterritory and that had as its object the attraction<br \/>\nof talented people to Bizkaia.<\/p>\n<p>Later, naider has participated in other initiatives<br \/>\nrelated to mobility and talent for institutions<br \/>\nBasque as ikerbasque or innobasque. Probably the<br \/>\nmost significant has been Naider&#8217;s participation in all<br \/>\nthe process of defining a recruitment program and<br \/>\ntalent retention in Euskadi led by the Government<br \/>\nBasque with the aim of:<\/p>\n<h4>1. Attract the best international students in the<br \/>\nBasque universities to take postgraduate courses.<\/h4>\n<h4>2. Promote the incorporation of these talents in the<br \/>\nBasque companies activating close collaboration between<br \/>\nuniversities and the local economic fabric.<\/h4>\n<h4>3. Contribute to spreading business culture abroad<br \/>\nBasque once these professionals have finished their<br \/>\ntraining and professional experience in Euskadi.<\/h4>\n<p>Naider&#8217;s work was carried out in different phases.
