Months ago I dedicated several posts to this very particular issue in Detroit and then we saw how social organizations and public authorities proposed solutions<\/a> for this problem. However, the authorities seem to accept reality: barely a part of these lands and buildings will be able to be activated and most of them will remain empty or without a specific use for years<\/strong> because there is no comprehensive and short-term response term for such magnitude. The zombie houses<\/a > they will be there for a long time.<\/p>\n
