An urban observatory is a virtual platform<\/strong>that collects a battery of urban sustainability indicators and monitoring of the Urban Agenda 2030, which allows to control and knowtheurbanevolution<\/strong>in a controlled way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COMPREHENSIVE AND AUTOMATED ANALYSIS, MONITORING AND MAINTENANCE<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

  • The platform can be <\/strong>directly<\/strong> <\/strong>connected<\/strong> <\/strong>to<\/strong> <\/strong>the<\/strong> <\/strong>entity\u2019s<\/strong> <\/strong>internal<\/strong> <\/strong>information<\/strong> <\/strong>by accessing its own databases and servers, so it is automatically updated as databases and geographic information layers are updated. This makes it much easier<\/strong> to maintain over time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Through the platform it is possible to make graphs and comparisons, see the degree of execution and fulfilment of objectives, view the historical evolution, visualise maps at city and neighbourhood scale, relate the indicators to the Strategic Objectives of the Spanish Urban Agenda (AUE) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), among many other options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The platform allows the generation and downloading of <\/strong>indicator monitoring reports<\/strong>, implementation reports at the action level and maps with geolocalised data at city, neighbourhood and census tract level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Autonomous<\/strong> <\/strong>Communities<\/strong> and Local <\/strong>Bodies<\/strong> <\/strong>that wish to or are in the process of drawing up their Urban Agenda, and are looking for an effective, agile and attractive system to monitor and evaluate their Action Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The platform can be designed internally, for the private use of the administration, as an instrument for analysis, monitoring and evaluation of the Urban Agenda Action Plan. However, it can also be a platform open to social, economic and institutional agents and to citizens in general<\/strong>, so that they can obtain a global and updated vision of their urban environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
