The document emphasises the role of industrial property in technological sovereignty and offers recommendations to strengthen it. It stresses the importance of own technological capabilities and alliances to commercialise critical technologies and avoid dependencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The paper underlines the relevance of technological sovereignty for autonomous strategic decision-making.
