There is therefore a strong need to increase retrofitting across the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The report &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwb.earth\/post\/report-finance-%D0%B0s-%D0%B0n-enabler-to-address-the-building-decarbonisation-challenge\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Finance as an enabler to address the building decarbonisation challenge<\/a>&#8220;, produced by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwb.earth\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bankers Whithout Boundaries<\/a> in collaboration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laudesfoundation.org\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Laudes Foundation<\/a>, details the multiple challenges that lie in the way of scaling up the decarbonisation of buildings and identifies that social and financial barriers play the most critical role.
