{"id":31940,"date":"2025-03-17T13:05:21","date_gmt":"2025-03-17T12:05:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/naider.com\/naiderlab\/elaboracion-del-diagnostico-estrategico-para-la-promocion-economica-de-uribe-kosta\/"},"modified":"2025-03-27T14:43:08","modified_gmt":"2025-03-27T13:43:08","slug":"elaboracion-del-diagnostico-estrategico-para-la-promocion-economica-de-uribe-kosta","status":"publish","type":"naiderlab","link":"https:\/\/naider.com\/en\/naiderlab\/experiencias\/elaboracion-del-diagnostico-estrategico-para-la-promocion-economica-de-uribe-kosta\/","title":{"rendered":"Preparation of the strategic diagnosis for the economic development of Uribe Kosta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Naider has assisted <a href=\"https:\/\/urkobe.eus\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Uribe Kostako Behargintza<\/strong><\/a>, the Economic Promotion Support Service of the Local Councils of Uribe Kosta (Bizkaia), in the preparation of the <a href=\"https:\/\/naider.com\/en\/update\/news\/diagnostico-estrategico-para-la-promocion-economica-de-uribe-kosta\/\"><strong>diagnosis of the business ecosystem<\/strong><\/a> and the <strong>identification of the areas of opportunity for economic promotion<\/strong> in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The process has relied on the <strong>active participation of the main actors<\/strong> in the region, highlighting the strategic orientation of the <strong>Association of Municipalities<\/strong>, the involvement of the <strong>municipal corporations<\/strong> of all the <strong>municipalities <\/strong>and the collaboration of the main companies and institutional actors in the territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the project, several activities were carried out, including <strong>in-depth interviews<\/strong> with the heads of the Mancomunidad, the business sector and other institutional bodies in the region, as well as <strong>a survey and a workshop<\/strong> to contrast the diagnosis with municipal representatives. These activities were complemented by the analysis of the <strong>main socio-economic variables<\/strong> and the <strong>identification of the main global trends<\/strong> affecting regional competitiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The strategic diagnosis was presented at <a href=\"https:\/\/naider.com\/en\/update\/news\/encuentro-para-fortalecer-la-actividad-de-promocion-economica-en-la-comarca-de-uribe-kosta\/\">a joint event organised by the <strong>Department of Economic Promotion of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia<\/strong> and the <strong>Association of Municipalities of Uribe Kosta<\/strong><\/a>.
