It also includes the Education Service&#8217;s planning, guiding municipal intervention in education and establishing a long-term strategic framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The report resulting from the process analyses the <strong>first programming of the Plan<\/strong>, corresponding to the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 academic years. It determines the <strong>degree of implementation of the 91 actions<\/strong> in the programming. It also identifies <strong>strengths and weaknesses<\/strong> in both the implementation of the programming and the Plan&#8217;s management model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The monitoring process was carried out through a mixed methodological approach, which included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>quantitative analysis<\/strong> phase, analysing more than 700 indicators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>qualitative analysis<\/strong> phase, involving four discussion groups with Education Service staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The results obtained are very positive and provide a solid basis for the design of the next programme for the period 2025-2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The executive report on the monitoring can be consulted on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitoria-gasteiz.org\/docs\/wb021\/contenidosEstaticos\/adjuntos\/es\/46\/38\/104638.pdf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council website<\/a>, in Spanish and Basque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-spacer.kt-block-spacer-32638_f3708c-96 .kt-block-spacer{height:60px;}.wp-block-kadence-spacer.kt-block-spacer-32638_f3708c-96 .kt-divider{border-top-width:1px;height:1px;border-top-color:#eee;width:80%;border-top-style:solid;}<\/style>\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-spacer aligncenter kt-block-spacer-32638_f3708c-96\"><div class=\"kt-block-spacer kt-block-spacer-halign-center\"><hr class=\"kt-divider\"\/><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><sup>Illustration: Shubham Dhage<\/sup><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Over the last few months, we have had the opportunity to work alongside the Municipal Education Service of Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council in monitoring the 2023-2025 programming of the 2023-2030 \u2018Vitoria-Gasteiz Educating City\u2019 Education Plan.
