Promoted by <strong>Goieki<\/strong> and supported by the <strong>Basque Government \u2013 Ihobe<\/strong> under the <em>Circular SME 2023<\/em> call, the initiative will run until May 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In its first phase, five pilot companies of different sizes and sectors \u2014<strong>Labelan, Mecanizados LAMI, Goierri Eskola, Goilaser<\/strong> and <strong>Recubrimientos Mikra<\/strong>\u2014 are taking part in a process of analysis and experimentation designed to build a conceptual framework for short-, medium- and long-term action in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pathway combines technical analysis with a participatory approach involving local businesses, generating shared learning and opportunities for adopting circular strategies. Through diagnostics, roadmaps and specific tools such as the <strong>Circular Business Profile<\/strong>, <strong>HACEX<\/strong> and <strong>Circular Business Models Implementation<\/strong>, the project aims to identify key levers for transforming Goierri\u2019s competitiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naider is supporting the process with the application of its <strong>CICLO (Circular Global Challenge)<\/strong> methodology, which enables companies to measure, compare and track their progress towards circularity.
