The project aims to ensure the conservation, improvement and adaptation of the estate, while strengthening its governance model and activating a regeneration process to boost competitiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The technical assistance begins with a <strong>comprehensive analysis of the current situation<\/strong>, which will help to define priority lines of action and establish a consensual governance framework for the new <strong>Urtia Industrial Estate Business Association<\/strong>. The plan will also include a roadmap to guarantee operational viability and coordinated management of the estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Urtia Industrial Estate is a key industrial hub for the region, strategically located close to the <strong>AP-8 motorway<\/strong> and the Bilbao\u2013Donostia railway line.
