{"id":33237,"date":"2025-09-01T12:29:50","date_gmt":"2025-09-01T10:29:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/naider.com\/naiderlab\/nuevo-esquema-de-gobernanza-para-la-promocion-economica-de-uribe-kosta\/"},"modified":"2025-09-04T12:46:34","modified_gmt":"2025-09-04T10:46:34","slug":"nuevo-esquema-de-gobernanza-para-la-promocion-economica-de-uribe-kosta","status":"publish","type":"naiderlab","link":"https:\/\/naider.com\/en\/naiderlab\/experiences\/nuevo-esquema-de-gobernanza-para-la-promocion-economica-de-uribe-kosta\/","title":{"rendered":"New Governance Framework for Economic Promotion in Uribe Kosta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong>Uribe Kosta<\/strong> region has launched a process to <strong>define an innovative model of collaborative governance for economic promotion<\/strong>, with the aim of strengthening inter-municipal coordination, optimising resources and enhancing public intervention in areas such as quality employment, innovation and entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project, supported by the <strong>Provincial Council of Bizkaia<\/strong> through the <em>Bizkaia Orekan Sakonduz<\/em> programme, is structured in three phases: an <strong>initial analysis<\/strong> to map out the existing capacities and resources of the municipalities; an <strong>exploration of different governance models<\/strong>, including options such as shared technical services or new regional agencies; and finally, the <strong>consensual definition of a regional economic promotion model<\/strong>, complete with a roadmap, management structure and feasibility study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naider is providing technical assistance to the <strong>Behargintza of Uribe Kosta<\/strong> throughout the process, facilitating spaces for analysis and deliberation among municipal representatives, socio-economic actors and related organisations.
