In this context, Bilbao City Council has established a consolidated working system that aligns objectives, tools and stakeholders around a shared vision of urban sustainability, with technical support from Naider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This support is delivered under a <strong>multiannual contract<\/strong>, renewed for the period starting in 2025, and originating from the <strong>first award of this service in 2019<\/strong>, enabling continuity and the consolidation of a sustained support model over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At present, the development of the strategy is underpinned by a <strong>structured monitoring and evaluation system<\/strong>, complemented by new lines of work aimed at strengthening its operational capacity. Among the most relevant recent developments is the <strong>preparation of the municipality\u2019s Green Infrastructure Strategy<\/strong>, which involved analytical work, planning, indicator definition and the structuring of its governance model, facilitating its integration into the Environmental Strategy 2050 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In parallel, the project includes the <strong>annual calculation of greenhouse gas emissions<\/strong> and the preparation of mitigation reports at municipal level, together with the continuous improvement of the <strong>indicator system and the strategy\u2019s visualisation platform<\/strong>, incorporating areas such as health, climate adaptation and energy consumption.
