The Observatory, whose creation is a common objective of the Health and Environment Management Sectors, will allow a better understanding of the environmental impact on health and will facilitate decision-making and the implementation of effective policies to improve the quality of life of the population of the Basque Country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The need to create a Basque Health and Environment Observatory stems from two strategic reference instruments of the Basque Autonomous Community in the field of health and environment policies: the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euskadi.eus\/plan-gubernamental\/11-plan-estrategico-de-salud-2021-2028\/web01-a2inform\/es\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Basque Health Plan 2030<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ihobe.eus\/programa-marco-ambiental\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Environmental Framework Programme 2030<\/a>. The Euskadi 2030 Health Plan is the roadmap that defines the health policies to be developed in the coming years, with the aim of achieving a healthier Euskadi.
