The Lezama-Legizamon Industrial Estate, located in the municipality of Etxebarri, is being assisted by NAIDER in drawing up a comprehensive management and action plan to promote the conservation, improvement, adaptation and regeneration of the estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The process of drawing up the plan will include the multidimensional analysis-diagnosis of the enclave, the definition of its governance model, the identification of specific actions to be deployed and the preparation of the implementation roadmap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lezama-Legizamon Industrial Estate, created in 1977, is located on the banks of the River Nervi\u00f3n, south-west of Etxebarri, and covers an area of 307,754 m2. It is currently home to more than 110 industrial and service companies. The internal organisation of the Industrial Estate is carried out by a community of owners, managed by the Lezama-Legizamon Industrial Estate Conservation Company (Entidad de Conservaci\u00f3n del Pol\u00edgono Lezama-Legizamon).<\/p>\n\n\n
