Developed as part of the technical support provided for the strategy, the tool brings together the indicators for its four pillars (<strong>carbon neutrality, flood risk, heatwaves and environmental health<\/strong>) and places them on a <strong>3D map<\/strong> of the city.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"margin:1.5em 0;\">\n  <video controls preload=\"metadata\" playsinline style=\"width:100%;height:auto;display:block;\"><source src=\"https:\/\/naider.com\/VisorEAM\/VideoVisorEAM.mp4\" type=\"video\/mp4\"><\/video><br \/>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Going beyond periodic monitoring reports, the viewer makes it possible to move from the overall picture of the municipality to what is happening in <strong>a specific neighbourhood, street or building<\/strong>. In each case, it relates the indicators to the surrounding population, housing, economic activity or green infrastructure. The information is updated automatically from <strong>official sources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The tool also includes <strong>simulation capabilities<\/strong>.
