The awards recognise projects that apply <strong>digitalisation to energy efficiency and sustainability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The digital twin has been developed as part of the technical support provided for the <a href=\"URL_FICHA_EN\">Bilbao 2050 Environmental Strategy<\/a>. It brings together monitoring of the <strong>strategy&#8217;s four pillars<\/strong> (carbon neutrality, flood risk, heatwaves and environmental health) on a <strong>3D map of the city<\/strong>. It also includes tools to simulate energy retrofit, climate adaptation and renaturalisation measures, making it possible to <strong>compare scenarios up to 2050<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bilbao shares the final with Segovia City Council&#8217;s Digital Twin and Valladolid City Council&#8217;s VIBES-R\u00edos de Luz.
