In order to comply with the requirements established by Law 4/2019 on Energy Sustainability of the Basque Autonomous Community for public administrations, this assistance offers the service of carrying out the energy diagnosis of the entire provincial sector. To this end, the energy consumption data of each of the entities from 2016 to 2022 has been compiled and the relevant inventories of the buildings, installations and vehicle fleet associated with them have been carried out. As a result, an advanced diagnosis of the current state and evolution of energy behaviour has been obtained in order to, in a subsequent step, include the provincial sector in the PGAE and comply with the energy consumption reduction targets established by the Law for 2030.
