The Labour Inspectorate of the Basque Country, under the Department of Economy, Labour and Employment of the Basque Government, has launched the drafting of its 2026–2028 Management Plan, a strategic document that will guide its activities over the coming years.
The plan aims to align the Inspectorate’s work with institutional priorities, available resources and organisational challenges. Its key areas include staffing, the improvement of material resources, planning of inspection activities, and strengthening of transparency in management.
Naider is supporting this process by contributing its expertise in public planning, facilitating internal reflection within the technical team, and ensuring a practical and operational approach that will enable the implementation of strategic lines and the continuous improvement of the service.
