Naider collaborates with the Department of Economic Promotion, Employment, Trade and Tourism of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council in the development of the Entrepreneurship Support Plan.
The project consists of drafting the new Entrepreneurship Support Plan 2023-2025, which identifies a proposal for action that responds to the technological-digital, energy-environmental, demographic and social transition, taking into account the municipal path in terms of entrepreneurship, the local ecosystem and the regional framework.
Within the framework of the project, an analysis of the entrepreneurial context of Vitoria-Gasteiz will be carried out. Based on this analysis and knowing the entrepreneurial reality of the city, a diagnosis of the current local entrepreneurial fabric will be carried out, which in addition to the office work will include a study of perception among the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The development of the strategic framework of the plan will contain the mission of the PIPAE Plan 2023-2025, the vision of the entrepreneurial situation in 2025, the strategic objectives aligned with the mission itself and the 2030 Agenda, as well as a proposal for a multi-agency collaborative governance model.
