Since 2017, Naider has supported numerous clients in a key process to defend their interests against the so-called Truck Cartel.
Our work is based on the preparation and drafting of expert reports that estimate the damages suffered by the affected parties. In total, more than 230 reports have been produced, covering over 770 trucks, ensuring a rigorous and solid analysis to support claims.
