NAIDER is working with Bilbao Ría 2000 to define its financing strategy and to structure projects aimed at securing public funding, collaborations and partnerships. Established in 1992 to promote urban regeneration and the social and economic development of the Bilbao metropolitan area through institutional consensus, this public company leads strategic urban transformation and railway integration initiatives across the metropolitan area of Bilbao.
The project seeks to identify opportunities within European, national and regional programmes, analyse the role the entity can play in each call for proposals, and establish a strategic project framework aligned with its lines of action and the territorial areas in which it operates.
To deliver the service, NAIDER is collaborating with expert professionals from Afi (Analistas Financieros Internacionales), strengthening the economic and financial analysis and the strategic positioning with regard to the available funding instruments. This partnership combines territorial and urban expertise with specialised experience in financial structuring and project viability assessment.
