BUILD:INN, the Basque construction cluster, has admitted NAIDER as an associate member, strengthening the sector’s ecosystem in the Basque Country in the field of sustainable transition and contributing to the challenges of decarbonisation, innovation and transformation of the built environment. BUILD:INN brings together companies, technology centres and leading sector organisations, fostering collaboration and the development of strategic projects aimed at improving competitiveness and alignment with climate objectives.

On the occasion of this membership, NAIDER took part in the cluster’s 2026 General Assembly, held on 8 May at the Basque Culinary Center in Donostia-San Sebastián under the motto “Eres parte, forma parte” (“You are part of it — be part of it”). The event brought together companies, organisations and institutions from the Basque construction ecosystem to share priorities and strategic projects around industrialisation, innovation, sustainability and the transformation of the built environment. The day also featured the participation of the Basque Government’s Minister for Housing and Urban Agenda, Denis Itxaso, who underlined the need to strengthen public-private collaboration and the sector’s capacity for innovation in response to the housing challenge.

Joining BUILD:INN opens up new avenues for NAIDER to participate in initiatives linked to sustainable construction, energy retrofitting, industrialisation, the circular economy and resilient urban planning — areas in which the firm has built solid expertise working alongside public administrations and economic stakeholders.
