Plentzia Town Council has launched a project in collaboration with the PiE Marine Station to identify opportunities for the strategic regeneration of the Arpillao area.
Located a few metres from Plentzia beach, the Arpillao area is home to a car park that is currently out of use due to structural deterioration. With the support of Naider, this project offers an opportunity to develop a comprehensive regeneration strategy that goes beyond structural repairs, allowing the entire area to be revitalised in a sustainable manner that aligns with local and regional needs.
This strategy will be a vital tool for guiding future interventions in Arpillao, ensuring a transformation that is coherent with Plentzia’s urban development aspirations.
