Azpiegiturak, S.A.M.P., a public provincial company responsible for managing the infrastructure of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, will receive technical assistance from NAIDER to develop its Specific Energy Action Plan 2025-2030, with a vision for 2050, in compliance with Law 4/2019 on Energy Sustainability in the Basque Autonomous Community. The work is part of the regional commitment to reduce energy consumption by 35% and achieve 32% self-sufficiency with renewable energies by 2030.
NAIDER will carry out a detailed inventory of Azpiegiturak’s buildings, facilities and energy consumption, as well as an energy diagnosis to establish a baseline. Based on this analysis, an action plan will be designed in line with the legal objectives and the operational context of the entity, integrating the different actors involved and planning the necessary measures with a horizon of 2035 and a vision for 2050.
This work will enable Azpiegiturak to advance its energy transition and actively contribute to more efficient and sustainable management of the entire regional public sector.
