Egaz Txorierri has launched a business needs diagnosis process that will serve as the basis for the future definition of the Local Employment and Development Plan for the region, with the technical and methodological assistance of NAIDER.
The project will focus on identifying the main talent, training and development needs of the business fabric of Txorierri, as well as the challenges and opportunities associated with processes such as digitalisation, the ecological transition, generational renewal and the emergence of new and growing activities.
The work will combine structural analysis, interviews with businesses and economic stakeholders, and collaborative review sessions, with the aim of building a solid, shared knowledge base on the current and future needs of the local economic fabric.
NAIDER will provide technical and methodological assistance throughout the diagnosis, facilitating both the strategic analysis and the coordination of working sessions with businesses and territorial stakeholders.
