The Innovation Observatory of Navarra “Begira” will be accompanied by NAIDER in the process of analysis and strategic reflection of the R&D&I System of Navarra (SINAI). The strategic analysis of the R&D&I system of Navarra and its dimensions will be reflected in a diagnosis report with strategies to promote the SINAI.
The Innovation Observatory, attached to the Department of Universities, Innovation and Digital Transformation of the Government of Navarra and created thanks to Foral Law 15/2018 on Science and Innovation, measures the impact of the public policies that develop this law and monitors the implementation of the Science, Technology and Innovation Plan of Navarra (PCTIN). Navarre, one of the leading regions in R&D&I in Spain, was the third autonomous community to approve a law with these characteristics, after the Basque region and Catalonia.
