The Board of Ensanche 21 Zabalgunea, the Municipal Urban Development Company of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council, has decided to award Naider the contract for the preparation of the study to identify, determine and evaluate technically and economically the opportunities for action in the urban blocks of the 19th century Ensanche with the dual objective of promoting the energy rehabilitation of its residential buildings and regenerating the interior spaces known as “patios de manzanas” (block courtyards).
The work is part of the Ensanche Eco-Entrepreneurial District project to turn the Ensanche neighbourhood into an entrepreneurial eco-district that will allow it to recover its role as a central scenario for the economic, social and environmental strength of the city, a project in whose articulation Naider has collaborated.
