The NAIDER team gathered in Bilbao to hold its annual internal reflection and collective planning day at the start of the year.
Throughout the day, we reviewed the achievements reached in 2025 together with collaborators and clients, and shared the key lessons learned over the past year. The session also provided an opportunity to discuss the priorities and challenges for 2026, aligning perspectives and strengthening the team spirit that underpins NAIDER’s shared project.
