2019 call for the granting of subsidies to municipalities with less than 10,000 inhabitants in the Historical Territory of Gipuzkoa, aimed at financing the expenses derived from the revision and adaptation of urban planning instruments of general municipal planning to the Law 2/2006, of June 30, on Land and Urban Planning, as well as intervention programs for the regeneration of degraded areas of the municipal area.

OBJECT
These bases regulate the granting of subsidies to municipalities with less than 10,000 inhabitants in the Historic Territory of Gipuzkoa, intended to finance the expenses derived from the revision or adaptation of urban planning instruments of general municipal planning to the Law 2/2006, of June 30, on Land and Urban Planning, as well as the preparation of intervention programs for the regeneration of degraded areas of the municipal area.

BENEFICIARY ENTITIES
Only municipalities with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants in the Historical Territory of Gipuzkoa may apply for these subsidies.

ELIGIBLE ACTIONS
The expenses derived from the drafting of the following documents will be subsidized:

a) Revision or adaptation of the urban instruments of general municipal planning.

– All expenses incurred between January 1 and November 30 of the year corresponding to the call referring to the formulation and processing of the indicated documents, as well as those corresponding to the recast texts that would have been necessary, will be eligible. . Specifically, it includes the consulting and technical assistance work contracted for the preparation of the documents, as well as other expenses for their formulation and processing.

B) Intervention programs for the regeneration of degraded areas of the municipal area.

– From this base, the amount of the expenses incurred between January 1 and November 30 of the year corresponding to the call referring to the formulation and preparation of intervention programs for the regeneration of degraded areas of the municipal area.

The applicant municipalities may request a subsidy for both concepts at the same time.

DEADLINE AND PLACE OF PRESENTATION
The deadline for submitting applications will begin on the day following the publication of this call in the OFFICIAL GAZETTE of Gipuzkoa and will end on April 30, 2019.
